We are moving to a more creative and dynamic direction, after 1 year and a half of pursuing healing!
From now on, we will strive to provide metaphorical food for the soul and the body through creative twists to popular recipes. The secondary site will be called Foodie.
The Foodie site will eventually be a library where all the recipes will reside, and future recipes posted on this site will link to that site!

Multiple hours of occupational, physical, and executive function therapy, and the following:
- Talk Therapy – “Talk therapy with a mental health professional offers a supportive environment to explore and address emotional challenges caused by life stressors, relationship difficulties, mental health conditions, or traumatic experiences.”
- Gall Bladder Surgery “Cholecystectomy is a major surgery of a small organ”
- Braces to correct an overbite , when I attended my alma mater. The overbite was contributing at the time to daily migraines. Thank you, Dr. Berry !
- Treatment for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
